2. Transaction Finality

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. This means:

  • Once a transaction is sent to the blockchain, it cannot be undone
  • We cannot reverse, cancel, or recall transactions
  • You are responsible for verifying all transaction details before confirming
  • Blockchain network confirmation times vary and are beyond our control

3. User Responsibility

By using SwapCrypto, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for providing correct wallet addresses
  • You verify the recipient address matches the intended network
  • You understand the fees and rates before confirming a swap
  • You are responsible for keeping your private keys secure
  • You comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

4. Circumstances Where Refunds Cannot Be Issued

Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Transactions sent to incorrect addresses
  • Funds sent to wrong networks
  • User error or mistakes during the swap process
  • Changed mind after transaction confirmation
  • Network delays or congestion
  • Price fluctuations during transaction confirmation
  • Typos in wallet addresses

5. Service Fees

SwapCrypto charges a 2% service fee on all transactions. This fee:

  • Is clearly displayed before you confirm the transaction
  • Cannot be refunded after the transaction is confirmed
  • Is non-negotiable and applies to all users

6. Failed Transactions

In rare cases where a transaction fails:

  • Funds are returned to your source wallet by the blockchain
  • Network fees may apply and are non-refundable
  • Failed transactions typically return within 24 hours
  • We are not responsible for blockchain-level failures

7. Service Disruptions

While we strive to maintain 99% uptime, SwapCrypto may experience temporary disruptions. In such cases:

  • We are not liable for losses during outages
  • Pending transactions will resume when service is restored
  • We will notify users of major disruptions via our website

8. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Technical error on SwapCrypto's platform (verified by our team)
  • Service fee charged twice for the same transaction
  • Documented system malfunction affecting the transaction

9. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund:

  3. Include screenshots or documentation of the issue

Our support team will review your request within 5-7 business days. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to your original payment source within 10-15 business days.
